Do I pay extra for paying by credit card?
There is no additional charge for paying by credit card.Return to top
How are your prices calculated?
To calculate our prices we take into account the likely Euro exchange rate for our payments to the circuit and other suppliers, our operating overheads, ACO Fees, Insurances, bank and merchant services charges.Return to top
When will I know if my ticket request will be met?
The circuit normally confirms our allocation for the Le Mans 24 Hour Race in late November. However, this date is subject to variation and is dependent on any changes made to the circuit and camping areas. As soon as our allocation is confirmed, we make our way through the event register provisionally allocating tickets to customer in date registered order. We aim to inform all customers of their provisional allocation by the end of January. If for any reason we are not able to offer you your preferred campsite or grandstand, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative and place you on a wait list for your first choice.

When do I need to pay for my tickets?
In order to confirm your chosen arrangements, you must make full payment at the time of booking. In some circumstances, we will accept a deposit and stipulate a date for payment of the remaining balance. If we do not receive this balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you in which case cancellation charges will apply. For further information, please see our Booking Conditions (section 6 Changes and Cancellation by us).Return to top
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets and crossing details are sent to you by Next day signed for Special Delivery (included in your package price) approximately four weeks before the event.Return to top
When can I purchase tickets for next year’s events?
Each year, there is high demand for camping and grandstand tickets for the Le Mans 24 Hour Race. We operate a register of interest, which we open in June for the following year’s event. By registering your interest you are under no obligation to purchase.Return to top
Why have Package prices increased for 2009?
Although the face value of Le Mans 24 Hours Tickets have remained the same or increased slightly, the impact of a falling exchange rate has increased our 2009 prices.Since December 2008 the Euro Exchange rate has fallen dramatically. At the beginning of December 2008 £1 Sterling was equivalent to 1.40€. On 12th December 2008, £1 Sterling was equivalent to 1.02€ (Rates quoted are based on end of day mid rates to two decimal places - source xe.com). This means that Sterling equivalent of the Le Mans tickets has increased.

What will happen if the Euro Exchange rate continues to fall?
Once you have your booking with us, we will aim to keep the price to you fixed. If a falling rate means that the total cost of your package increases we may make an additional charge. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions (Section 3: The price of your arrangements).Return to top
What will happen if the Euro Exchange rate improves?
Although the Exchange rate is continually changing, we make payments at certain times and may not be able to take full advantage of improvements in the exchange rate. However, we calculate an average exchange rate based on all our purchases for an event and if the average rate is significantly greater than our expected exchange rate, we will pass on any savings (less any additional incurred costs) to you.Return to top
What are 1st Tickets doing to avoid further price increases?
We have recently reviewed our Euro payment strategy and are looking at various options for reducing the impact of exchange rate fluctuations.Return to top
